Autumnfest Food Concessions
Autumnfest is a three-day, family friendly, music and art festival held in World War II Veterans Memorial Park, in the City of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Autumnfest features 50+ acts on 3 stages, regional artists, two amusement midways, delicious local and global cuisine from 20+ food vendors, a consumer showcase, fireworks, and a 10-division parade.
Autumnfest is organized and managed by a collaborative effort of the The Rotary Club of Woonsocket, the Autumnfest Steering Committee, with additional support and cooperation of the City of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
What makes Autumnfest Food Vendor Concessions unique?
All Autumnfest Food Vendors, upon approval, receive exclusive rights to service particular menu selections. This allows all food vendors the opportunity to sell their product(s)/menu selection(s) without competition from another food vendor, for the same menu selection(s)/product(s). This is very important for the many non-profit, community based food vendors who participate each year in Autumnfest.

To be considered eligible for Review and Consideration
the following items must be submitted:
A Completed Food Vendor Application
Food Vendor Application Fee ($50.00 - Check/Money Order)
Please note that submission of an application is NOT a guarantee of a vendor space. Due to limited space and the high number of applications received, late or incomplete applications will not be considered. All complete applications will be reviewed for uniqueness, quality of product, appropriateness to event, similarity to other vendors and prior festival experience. Acceptance/denial notifications will be sent to applicants by the end of July. Application fees will be returned to any applicant who is not accepted, and those applicants will be added to a wait list for future consideration should additional space become available.
Complete applications must be postmarked on or before June 30th
